BILLY'S DANCE CLUB, LLC.
Welcome to Billy's Dance Club where
friends come together to enjoy music and dancing. This is a private
club for members and their guests, and as such, these rules and
regulations apply:
No alcohol or drugs will be permitted
on the premises. No one that appears to be under the influence of
alcohol or drugs will be permitted to enter the club.
All smoking is restricted to the
designated smoking area only. A covered area is provided outside to
the right of the ballroom.
Proper clothing is required.
No profanity, loud, or lewd behavior
will be tolerated.
Members will at all times be
responsible for the conduct of their guests.
No firearms or other weapons will be
permitted on the premises.
No one under 21 will be permitted
without permission of management.
No signs, posters, etc. will be
placed on the premises without permission of management.
Management must be informed if you
leave the premises or you will be required to pay to re-enter.
Dancing is a physical activity, and
as such, involves some risk of physical injury. Members and their
guests recognize this and agree to hold Billy's Dance Club and
owners William and Pauline Mottley blameless in the event of
accidental injury or death.
Billy's Dance Club and its owners are
not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles.
